However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase Wilderness Creations is happy to take any item back within 10 days of the pruchase date. Item(s) must be in original new condition for a return to be accepted. When an item is returned the customer will receive a store credit for the amount paid. Items specially ordered or custom built cannot be returned. Custom ordered products are those which are not built from available options or a size specifieds outside the standard item.

Warranty All products sold by Wilderness Creations have a full manufacturers warranty. These warranties vary in length and conditions with manufacturer. Wilderness Creations will uphold the warranties of each manufacturer. All of our suppliers have been chosen for their proven record of customer satisfaction. Specifics on getting warranty service depend on the item, nature of the problem, and manufacturer. Keep in mind that warranties do not cover labor or transportation beyond one year; even a lifetime warranty covers replacement parts only.
